The cold winter is over, and the spring is coming. The weather is getting warmer, the sun is shining, and the earth is recovering. In order to welcome the International Women's Day on the March 8th 2022, strengthen the construction of corporate culture, enrich the spare time life of employees, and effectively enhance the cohesive and centripetal force, according to the company's traditional practices, our company organized the Staff Spring Games on the March 8th.

On the afternoon of March 8th, led by the team leaders, the participating teams gathered in Yunfeng Square. A total of eight teams from various workshops of the company, as well as Yunfeng Pharmaceutical, Chuangkun Electromechanical, and Kening Company participated in the Games. At 14:00, with the majestic Athletes March, the opening ceremony officially began.

First of all, Li Yong, chairman of the trade union and director of the general manager's office, read out the specific items and rules of the competition. In order to do a good job in epidemic prevention and control, this competition has been simplified compared to the previous, and mainly consisted of two collective competitions, which showed the spirit of team work.

Ms. Chen Qi, vice president of the group and general manager of Yunfeng Pharmaceutical Company, attended the meeting and made a speech. Vice President Chen hoped that all teams could carry forward the Jili people’s spirit of unity, cooperation and the courage to fight, and achieve good results, showing the style and high level of the Game. And at the same time wished all female employees a happy holiday! Then Vice President Chen announced the opening of the Game.

The first competition was “Work Together”. All female workers of each team participated in this competition and their feet were tied to two prop ropes. According to the previous draw, all teams played in turn and reached the finish line 50M away. Although the scene was not so intense, it showed the organization and coordination of each team. Whichever team is better organized and well prepared can achieve good results. The game started orderly with the rhythmic slogans. All eight female workers in each team participated, and they moved forward steadily. During the competition, the rope fell off and the participants fell. However, they didn't give up. They stood up with each other's arms, tied the ropes, and took firm steps to the finish line. After four rounds, the Flywheel Machinery Team, Yunfeng Pharmaceutical Team and Electronic Kening Team had excellent results and won the championship, second and third place in this event.

The next was “ Tug of War”. This competition showed team willpower. All 16 members of each team participated in the single-elimination system through the previous group drawing and sorting. The winning team was promoted and the losing team was eliminated. The teams competed in pairs according to the grouping, and the strict rules of the game made the scene more intense.

During the game, many leaders from different workshops also came to cheer for the teams they supported. Some leaders even participated in the competition. With their participation, the competition became more intense, with constant cheers and shouts.

After four brutal knockout rounds, the final winning team stood out. Among them, the generator workshop, starter motor workshop and magneto workshop achieved excellent results through careful planning and effective organization, respectively occupying the top three places in this competition. The team that failed to get the ranking was also commendable, because they participated and worked hard, and still deserve applause and respect.

So far, after each four exciting and fierce rounds in two major events, the Staff Spring Games on the March 8th 2022 have all ended, and the winners of each event have been determined. This game is also a test of the organization and determination of each team. All participating teams performed well, which fully showed the spirit of unity, cooperation and courage of Ji Li athletes. In particular, we would like to commend our female athletes, who conquered all the audience with their tenacious and graceful style.
