In order to reward the advanced employees, increase the sense of belonging, to further stimulate the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of employees, 1:30pm Feb 4th, 2021, the 2020 outstanding staffs commendation conference have been held in JEA hall. Based on the Covid-19 prevention policy, only the company management team & 98 advanced individuals attended the conference.

It is the staff's unremitting efforts and selfless dedication in exchange for the continuous growth of the company. After the committee's objective, fair and open review, it comes 95 advanced individuals, 12 advanced team, 1 quality gold award, 1 safety production team, 1 advanced confidentiality person, 1 advanced confidentiality team. 95 advanced individuals includes, 4 excellent JILI personnel, 3 top sells, 9 advanced scientific and technological employees, 11 quality outstanding personnel, 11 safety production outstanding personnel, 12 operate master, 42 advanced employees, 1 special management award & 2 master trainers.
The commendation meeting was presided over by Li Yong, the director of administration department. Vice-GM Mr. Xiang had a New Year's speech, then administration VP Ms Chen announced Decision on commending 2020 advanced individuals and teams.
The award-winning advanced individuals and groups step onto the stage in turn to accept the company's commendation and take a group photo. The company leaders awarded certificates and bonuses to the representatives who won the 2020 advanced individuals and groups, and look forward to their success in the new year.
