In order to help more people who need help and love those who are eager to get help, Xia Feng, President of Jiliyunfeng group, Called for the activity which named for love in the name of love. In response to the president's call, the general manager's office launched a whole staff action in October 2019 to donate loving clothes to children in mountainous areas and help those children who lack clothes in mountainous areas to spend the winter warm.

The event began in mid October, and the fundraiser was located at the front desk on the first floor of the company's office building. In order to let more people understand the purpose and significance of the activity, the general manager's office issued a call to all employees, and received the positive response from all departments. Many employees cleaned and folded their children's winter clothes and sent them to the donation site.

This activity is divided into three stages: early call stage, donation stage and later packing stage

I. preparatory stage

In the middle of October, the general manager's office began to prepare for the donation. According to the instructions of the president, the general manager's office issued an initiative to all employees, which also received the positive response from all departments of the company. The middle and senior management of the company strongly supported the donation, which set off an upsurge of donating clothes with love in the company.

Considering that part of the employees are working in circulation, the donation time span is large and the deadline is extended to the end of the month. After receiving the mass information, the employees of the company came to consult one after another. Some employees come to ask older children if they need clothes? Some of the employees are very cute. They take the initiative to say that we are all small people. Now the children in their teens are almost the same height as me. My clothes can also be donated Because of the limitation of donation for children of 6-12, many employees who do not have children of this age still want to actively participate in the dedication of love.

The activity also received the strong support from the middle and senior management of the company, and they washed and folded the clothes of their children and grandchildren and sent them to the donation site. Leaders and employees of workshops and departments come to the general manager's office early in the morning with bags of clothes. They all put down their clothes and quickly return to their jobs. When we want to take photos and leave their beautiful pictures, we all smile and shake hands and turn around to leave, leaving us with the back of their hurried departure.

III. post sorting and packaging stage

After the donation, the staff began to repackage and pack the items. During the sorting process, they found that our employees were really attentive. Most of the donated clothes were still very new, and even a few of the clothes trademarks had not been removed. We received 6 boxes of clothes donated by all parties. The staff also actively contacted with relevant organizations. The next afternoon, the courier boy arrived at the company on time to send out the love of the staff.

This activity has been successfully completed with the active support and participation of the staff of all departments of the group. It extends the meaning of love to a broader direction. It is the embodiment of the dedication of our Jili people and the concrete embodiment of our practical action to build a harmonious society. It also reflects that our Gili people's overall values and moral standards have reached a new height. No matter from the voluntary blood donation or this donation, we Gili people have done it. I believe that we Gili people will do better in the future!
