In 1960s, it was the hard time of our country. Within the extremely hard and bitter condition, our cadres and masses overcame difficulties that continued hard working for more than 10 years. They even passed through the Tai-hang Mountain. Finally they built up the famous Hongqi canal. In this great practice which was lead by the communist party our senior formed a spirit of Hongqi canal——unite as one, exert oneself and refuse to be cowed or submit. Today I recalled the working time in JEA, our company adjusted development mode, realized business transformation and development that could cater to the trends of social development. Not only the development scale but also the personal income growth of our company all had a great increase. Those achievements were based on the hard working of JEA people and the great time that we are facing. It’s the best embodiment to carry forward the spirit of Hongqi canal.
The nation without dream could be a nation which without hope. The enterprises and the persons are the same. When I worked in JEA, I really felt that there are a lot of workers who held dreams focus on the job duties and held in awe and veneration. There are many departments and employees working together to strive for success so that JEA could continue making progress.
If we want to make the dreams come true, all of us need to innovate bravely. In the practice, I found that all of our people could put the knowledge into works. Treat our jobs with farsightedness and foreseeability. Pay attention to the quality and innovation. Constantly go ahead to the new aims. Only remain true to our original aspiration, JEA could be strengthen gradually.
All we could see that within follow the leaders of each department, work together and under the guidance of the purpose of "laying the foundation, building a platform and innovating for transformation", the company is continuously realizing leapfrog development. I believe that our JEA could do that! We JEA people follow the predecessors, accept the guidance of the enterprise and do the brave of this era. Live up to the young JEA people.
