According to the statistics issued last year, police received fire call as many as 31.2 pieces all over China which made 1582 persons died and 1065 injured,and primary damaged up to 37.2 hundred million.After research found that most fire happened because of lack of notice, so lead to spread rapidly and casualties and loss.Most people are lack of fire knowledge and perniciousness.Therefore, it is necessary for us to master fire knowledge by professional training so as to reduce fire damages.

TO HOLD FIRE KNOWLEDGE TRAINING

Improving the awareness of fire safety,skills and methods to any emergence to reduce casualties and loss.

On April 14th, 2017, our security office invited officer Wang from fire training center to hold fire protection knowledge for us.Staff from each plants include leader、manager and workers attended this training.

This training includes two parts. First:theoretical knowledge training and related cases. Officer Wang explained in details the ways for using various fire equipment、 life saving equipment and notices for escaping.Second, the hands-on operations for fire equipment.Securities showed dry-powder fire extinguisher for early stage fire and steps of linking fire belt.On the stage, some of staff operated by themselves.

We had a initial understanding of fire knowledge and mastered the skills of using fire equipment. It improved our awareness of safety and mergency response capabilities greatly.

TO LEARN THE WAYS FOR emergency

As data showes that the chance of fire in the daytime, especailly in the afternoon, is greater than night.But in the night, people often sleeped, and can barely notice it.So it caused the percentage of death and injury is extremely higher. The core reasons are inhalation smoke to suffocation、lack of

awareness、improper ways to handle、and stampede caused by run away in a hurry.So it is necessary for us to learn some skills and ways of emergency.

Most fire broke out by electric machine.Fire happened in factory often because of short circuit、self-ignition、careless and so on.

First, electrical fire. First step: cut off the power, don’t use water. Second，use dust fire extinguishers for root of fire until fire was put off. If worker got fire when he is at work, other person should let stuff to make sure the fire point and put off effectively.If fire got bigger, you should call the police immediately and evacuate other workers.

If your body or clothes got fire, you can not run about wildly or pat the fire. The right way to deal with it is swapping the clothes or cut it,because the fire on your body or clothes can increase your injury especially the clothes with chemical fibern. For more, you cannot use fire extinguisher which could cause bacterial infection. If the conditions permit, others can take off cotton jacket to wrap up.The emergent ways for burns is: wash burns、take off cothes、bathe in cool water、wrap simply 、send to hospital.

Fire is the commonest、most prominent security leak, it usually happened because of lack of vigilance and it is directly related to everyone's life safety, property security.But fire also happens in regular and objective conditions and must meet the three elements of combustion:combustible, comburant and ignition source. Any one can curb the fire effectively.As an employee in production line, it is necessary to master the necessary skills.

Our company's safety management regulations are clearly defined that smoking is strictly prohibited in non-smoking area. We must first carry out the report before work、submit the application for fire work、carry out the specialist guardianship、stored in a segregated manner、regular inspection of electrical equipment、timely detection and elimination of safety hazards. The requirements are all matters that must be paid attention to in fire safety.

Therefore, we should correctly understand the importance of fire safety through the training of fire knowledge.
