Safety is always important for all of us, safety is the life. The purport of the "safety first, prevention previous" is to teach us prevention is the most important for safety. As the saying goes, manage the production must manage the safety, safety is the guaranty of steady production.

At the beginning of the CNY, the company entered a multitude of new workers, and bring JEA the new vitality for the production line. The new workers are lack of facility operation skill and safety awareness, along with they don't familiar with their position, all of this caused high safety risk.

Beforehand preventing is the key step to avoid the safety accident, so the safety training for the new worker before operation the machine/production is the high priority for them.

Per JEA Safety Management System, these new workers had three levels of safety training, include plant-level, workshop-level & shift-level. Hereby to increase the new worker's safety awareness, to reduce or avoid the accident.

Recently, JEA spent more than one hours safety training in the fourth floor's meeting room, and there are more than 80 attendees, including works of impregnation process, welding, assembling & manufacturing management. They said examine for the training at last, and it looks all understand the safety operation now.

Based on the improving of the operator's safety awareness, to alter the unsafety operation. Learning the safety related basic knowledge, to understand the rights and obligations of the safety operation, all of this will take warning from the accident.
